DEI+B

Recognizing the need for leaders who understand and embrace diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, Cambridge College created the nation’s first MBA program with a concentration in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, focused principally on preparing vanguard leaders who are empowered with the responsibility of infusing DEIB in their corporate DNA.

The MBA courses and curriculum were designed with nationally renowned DEIB practitioners, experts, and authors. The results: a multi-layered approach to training and engaging the entire corporation, including the board of directors, C-suite, and department heads...in essence, every facet of the organization.

Dr. Daniel Ibarrondo designed and teaches the three core concentration courses for the MBA in DEIB program at Cambridge College and the DEIB Leadership Certificate. He is the program chair for the DEIB Leadership Certificate and is an expert in the fields of diversity, equity, and inclusion. With years of experience in promoting diversity and equity in various industries, colleges, and universities, Dr. Ibarrondo has become a respected authority in helping organizations create inclusive and equitable environments that value diversity. His focus is on implementing DEIB in business entities that intentionally engage all department levels, comprehend that DEIB implementation is multi-faceted, and that the best DEIB plan is one developed internally. DEIB implementation is a long-term endeavor that requires multi-level management on a yearly basis.
