Daniel combines his legal and technology experiences to speak and write about current law and technology issues. The law has not fully caught up with the fast-changing pace of advances in technology and it is at this intersection where Daniel shares his combined experiences. With published topics such as "Law and Technology: Can your online course withstand a legal challenge," Daniel informs on the legal ramifications of the American with Disabilities Act and offering online education to all types of student learners.
